Terms of service
Effective October 30, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Brian S. Fuselier, doing business as Fuselier Labs. Using Permit Radar means you accept them.
What the service is
Permit Radar reads public building permit records and emails you permits that match your trades and area. It's a business tool. You must be 18 or older to use it.
Free trial
New sign-ups get 14 days free with no card required. The trial ends on its own, and you're never charged unless you choose to subscribe.
Subscription and billing
- The price is $99 per month, plus any sales tax that applies. Tax is shown on your bill and receipt.
- Your subscription renews every month and charges your payment method automatically until you cancel.
- If you subscribe with the link in a trial email, your first charge comes when your free days run out. If you subscribe any other way, your first charge is the day you subscribe.
- Stripe processes payments. If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it. Your emails continue while it retries, and stop if the subscription is canceled for non-payment.
- A price change gets at least 30 days' notice by email and starts at your next renewal after that notice. You can cancel before it starts.
Canceling
To cancel, use the Manage billing or cancel link in your subscriber emails, or email hello@fuselierlabs.com. See Cancellation and refunds.
You can also use the Unsubscribe link in any email. For a paid subscription, it asks you to confirm, then stops your emails and cancels your subscription.
The permit data
- Permits come from public government records, and those sources can be late, wrong, incomplete, or go offline.
- The service doesn't include every permit in an area, and coverage varies by place. Some permits are left out, such as those with no address.
- Delivery times are a goal, not a guarantee.
- Permit Radar doesn't promise any number of leads, jobs or income. A listing doesn't mean anyone wants your services.
Your responsibilities
- Follow all laws that apply when you contact people, including telemarketing, do-not-call, solicitation and trade licensing rules.
- Check the facts of a job yourself before relying on it.
- Keep the emails for your own business. Don't resell or republish them.
- Don't scrape, overload or try to break the service.
Ending the service
Permit Radar can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, and can change or discontinue the service. If paid service ends for a reason other than your breach, unused prepaid time is refunded.
No warranties
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Brian S. Fuselier, doing business as Fuselier Labs, isn't liable for lost profits, lost jobs, or indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to what you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Louisiana. Any dispute goes to the courts in St. Landry Parish, Louisiana.
Changes
If these terms change, the date above changes too. Big changes are sent by email at least 30 days ahead. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
