Where does the data come from?

Public building permit records published by each city and parish. Anyone can look them up one at a time. We read all of them every day and sort them for you.

Are the leads exclusive?

No. Permits are public, so another company could find the same address. The edge is speed: you see it the morning after it's filed, sorted for your trade.

Do I get homeowner phone numbers?

No. You get the address, the type of work and, where the city lists it, the builder and job value. Knock, mail a card, or call the builder.

What if a week is slow?

Permit volume moves with the season and the market. You get every match there is. If there are none, the email says so, and you can widen your zip codes anytime.
