Cancellation and refunds

Canceling

• Cancel any time with the Manage billing or cancel or Unsubscribe link in your subscriber emails, or by emailing hello@fuselierlabs.com.
• No reason, fee or phone call needed.
• Canceling with the billing link keeps your service until the end of the month you've paid for. Unsubscribing stops your emails right away. Either way, you won't be charged again.

Free trial

The 14-day trial needs no card. If you don't subscribe, it ends and nothing is charged.

Refunds

• First payment: if Permit Radar isn't useful, email within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• Later months: no refunds for part of a month.
• Billing mistakes: a duplicate charge or a charge after you canceled is refunded in full.
• Service problems: if the emails stop for more than 3 days in a row because of a problem on the Permit Radar side, ask for a credit or refund for that time.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take several days to show it.
